New Donation Procedures

Donations will be accepted from 10am to 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The Resale Shops are closed on Thursdays.

Appointments are required to drop off a donation. To make an appointment, please call 630-955-9599 between 10am and 4pm.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Mask Mandate
For your safety and the safety of others, you must wear a mask when shopping in the Resale Shops. We are also limiting the number of people who can be in the store at one time.

Cleaning
The Resale Shop staff are employing new sanitization procedures as recommended by the CDC. This involves are using EPA approved disinfectants to clean all the high touch surfaces in the store, throughout the day.

All donations will be carefully inspected and staff will sanitize items before they are brought to the sales floor.
