Metropolitan’s Keli Levesque offers career insight on “Staying the Course” panel for students

During “Take Flight: Staying the Course,” a virtual networking event for Chicago Housing Authority college students, representatives from corporations and organizations in Chicago – including Metropolitan – offered insight on achieving their goals; financial, educational, and beyond.

Sponsored annually by CHA nonprofit partner Springboard to Success (S2S), Staying the Course is a check-in event designed to help CHA college students connect with those who provide internship and employment opportunities.

Metropolitan’s Keli Levesque, Human Resources Generalist, spoke about the career opportunities at our agency.

“I shared a number of positions with varying educational levels including entry level requirements of a high school diploma to graduate level positions,” Keli says. “In addition, I was able to bridge the gap of the passion that they shared of wanting to make a change in their communities and the work we do at MFS to have a positive impact in the communities we serve.”

Keli shares, “I welcome the opportunity to participate in any event that gives me an opportunity to speak about Metropolitan Family Services and the meaningful work that we do everyday!”
