Eduardo Anguiano Named Center Director of the Metropolitan Family Services Southeast Chicago Center
Eduardo Anguiano has been appointed Center Director of the Metropolitan Family Services Southeast Chicago Center, 3062 East 91st Street. Anguiano will report to Laurie Sedio, Metropolitan’s Executive Director of the Southeast Chicago and Midway centers.
Aguiano has 25 years’ experience in social services, with 14 years in program management. Prior to joining Metropolitan, he was the Director of Youth Services for Chicago Commons where he spent 11 years. Aguiano also has worked with the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, Latino Youth and Association House of Chicago.
“His experience working with families and youth, specifically in youth development and mentoring, and residential group work with adolescents, makes him a good fit for assuming leadership at the Southeast Center,” said Sedio. “I look forward to working with him as we continue to give hope and help to struggling families in the Southeast Chicago communities.”
Aguiano holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and Managerial Leadership from National Louis University and a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
