Tony Kim previously worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Wisconsin, advocating for indigent clients in criminal, juvenile, and mental health matters. He helped clients navigate the court system by negotiating plea agreements or litigating their cases up to trial.

Tony graduated from Marquette University, where he participated in the Public Defender Clinic and volunteered at the Pro Bono Clinic.
