400 Families in Need Receive Holiday Dinners

Complete holiday dinner makings – including a turkey, a bag of potatoes, gravy, canned vegetables, stuffing, cranberries and pie – will help make the season merry for 400 families served by Metropolitan Family Services North Center on Chicago’s Northside. On Dec. 21, volunteers from MillerCoors and Town & Country Distributors, packed up and passed out 400 bags of food containing the makings of a holiday feast. This is the second year MillerCoors has partnered with Metropolitan Family Services to donate and distribute the meals. The event is made possible by the generous contributions of MillerCoors, along with partner Jewel-Osco.
