Ashley Soberanis
Paralegal
Ashley Soberanis serves as a Paralegal for the Legal Aid Society (LAS)’s Communities Partnering for Peace (CP4P) Justice Corps. She wants to empower and provide victims and their family members with the tools to endure and overcome the worst of life’s hardships.
Prior to joining LAS and CP4P, Ashley was a legal assistant for Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno, & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. in their family-based immigration team. As a legal assistant, she worked in four different legal processes: petition to remove conditions on residence, application to replace permanent resident card, application to register permanent residence or adjust status, and FOIA (freedom of Information act) requests. She has also worked as a care coordinator for the Illinois Department of Aging.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Concordia University Chicago as well as a Paralegal Certificate from Loyola University Chicago.
