Deloitte, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois volunteers paint Metropolitan Calumet, help build resume skills for our neighbors

Metropolitan Calumet is looking refreshed and repainted, thanks to a group of volunteers! Our new friends from Chicago Cares partners Deloitte and Blue Cross Blue Shield painted five rooms and created inspirational artwork for the Center.

Volunteers also helped refresh our community’s resume-writing skills; they worked with our neighbors one-on-one in a resume building and personal branding training, just in time for a job fair hosted at the Center.
