CEO Ric Estrada speaks at Woods Fund Chicago Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation event
Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) Greater Chicago, an initiative of Woods Fund Chicago, is a comprehensive, national and community-based process to “unearth and jettison the deeply held, and often unconscious, beliefs created by racism”.
At TRHT’s recent Second All-Design Team Convening, Metropolitan CEO Ric Estrada introduced Dr. Gail Christopher, the architect of TRHT Chicago, and facilitated a discussion with Dr. Christopher and Little Black Pearl’s Monica Haslip on engaging communities in racial healing.
