Choose from three (3) Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois plans with multiple networks; our plans include HMO, PPO¥, and HSA And you’re eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following your employment date!
- ¥Our PPO plan includes ZERO Health, a benefit which can help you get care that costs you nothing. If you use Zero, you pay $0.
- o Through our HSA plan you may enroll in a Health Savings Account; for 2025 MFS will contribute $2000 to individual accounts and $4000 to family accounts.
- Telemedicine Coverage – Teladoc Health for virtual visits including Behavioral Health at a $0 Co-pay
